- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (30 g)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- (water, regular milk or any milk variant will do)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking sod
- Coconut oil spray
- (Any spray will do)
Microwave Mug Cake Directions
- In a bowl whisk all the ingredients together.
- Lightly spray a large mug with coconut oil.
- Poor batter into the mug.
- Microwave for ~ 60 – 90 seconds. Your microwave’s power and the thickness of the mug, affect cooking time. Start with a minute. It works in most cases.

- 1 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1 tablespoons water
Doesn’t get much simpler. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
If you want more of a drizzle add more water one drop at a time until you get the consistence you’re happy with.
