Hi my name isJP! I am the Head Coach of The Athlete’s Physique. My passion is to help people change their lives. I believe everyone can have good health and to be happy in their own skin.

Here the goal is to provide you with everything you need to transform your body. Simple, fun, healthy and sustainable way to empowerment.

I have helped hundreds of people in your position. Having been stuck for a very long time not knowing what to do they tried generic programs, fad diets, taking all sorts of supplements, and following crazy exercise routines.

Sure some saw short term results. But it was never sustainable.

The science to losing weight or gaining weight is actually very simple. It’s the implementation that is hard and keeping/sustaining it can be even harder!
