Bodyweight Strength Training Anatomy by Bret Contreras – Over 150 bodyweight exercises allows you to workout anytime anywhere. Accompanied with illustrations that show both primarily and secondarily muscles being worked. You’ll even learn how to modify workouts to ramp up your routine.

The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger – Considered the Bible of Bodybuilding. Includes Arnold’s tried-and-true tips for building muscle, getting lean, and stepping on stage with a physique to win.

The Athlete’s Physique by Coach Jason – I’m biased, but this is an incredible resource that helps busy men and women burn fat, tighten and tone muscle so they look like an athlete and can keep pace with anything life throws at them.
